Toby Perkins MP with IM Malcolm Pein and Emma in Parliament Portcullis House Monday October 18th.
Chess Impresario IM Malcolm Pein is again organising the fantastic London Classic in December but found time to call in, have lunch, and watch over the
meeting today in Parliament. Toby has taught chess at schools in his constituency where Emma lives. He now serves on the opposition front bench in Education.

Spent the day and had lunch with Dr Mahesh Anand and members of his research team at the Open University in Milton Keynes.
Dr Anand is very much involved both the here and at NASA with the research on the Lunar Rock brought back to Earth by the Apollo astronaughts
Dr Anand wrote the books Emma is studying for her science degree.

Enjoying an excellent day at Cambridge University with Dr Hans G. Richter.
Emma was privileged to spend the day with Dr Richter in the Department of Physiology, Development and Neuroscience at the University of Cambridge. Emma was shown the research work being conducted regarding prenatal origins of heart disease.
This research work has received recognition and awards from The Lister Institute for Preventative Medicine, The Wim Schellekens Foundation of The Netherlands and received The Royal Society's Wolfson Research Merit Award.
